MERS Goodwill SWEP Job Coaches

Needed - job coaches for the SWEP program in St. Louis county.  An eight-week program that places 16-20-year-olds with developmental disabilities in part-time jobs in the community for the Summer. Job coaches support these participants (usually groups of 3-4, though sometimes less, depending on need) at the job site. It's incredibly rewarding work, and retirees of all stripes (but especially teachers and paraprofessionals) would serve as wonderful resources for these kids.
